QUEF is a universal emulator frontend written in C++ using the QT toolkit and licensed under the GPL.

Currently, two emulators are supported (Snes9x and Stella), but many more are planned for the near future. If you would like a particular emulator supported, email me and I'll see what I can do...or, you could grab the source code and do it yourself:)
